Actually they are 3 Microswitches (LW2 = 20% overload, LW8 = 80% overload, LW11 = 110% overload) that are aligned underneath the cabin but with different precision settings. If the elevator does not move, it is because the microswitch LW11 is active.

Review to solve:
In the cabin is the Print DCL-243 or similar numbering, since there are several versions of this elevator, but the important thing is that you look for the points CNI-20; CIN-21 and CIN-22, that's where the 3 microswitches are located, and these work normally closed by sending 48VDC to the control. If in one of these 3 points you do not have 48VDC, you MUST JUMP THIS POINT ONLY TO MOVE THE CABIN TO THE FIRST LEVEL and you can enter the pit to normalize the microswitch that is in trouble.
